While visiting this website we do not track or store any personal information about you. We do utilize services for website analytics but this is always done in privacy respecting ways that does not store personally identifiable information. This website, and the analytics for it, is hosted using Cloudflare (See Below). If you choose to email us then any information provided will be stored within our email systems.

To provide our support services we utilise a series of technologies & platforms. See below for a listing of the services we may use to provide these services.
Services We Use
The below lists the core privacy relevant services we use for our operations, and how they may be used upon interaction or provision of data.
Payments - Stripe
We utilize Stripe for handling payments, invoicing and subscriptions. Stripe will therefore retain payment and account information. We may fetch certain details from Stripe to show within our other systems to provide functionality such as subscription control, but confidential payment data will only be stored at rest within Stripe's systems.
Email - Fastmail
Emails sent to us will be handled by, and stored within, our email service provider Fastmail. Details provided in use of our support services, including support account and support ticket details, may be routed & retained within our email system.
Email (Transactional) - Mailgun
Transactional email for our services, such as support service desk emails, is handled via Mailgun. To provide these services your email address and name, along with the content of any such emails, may be handled by Mailgun.
Hosting & Networking - Cloudflare
We utilise Cloudflare for various hosting, networking and processing for our website and services. Details provided and transmitted between our services may be handled by Cloudflare but we do not use Cloudflare for storing any support or customer details at rest. To provide analytics and security services, your IP address and anonymous browsing device details may be stored.
Hosting - Hetzner
We utilise Hetzner for hosting our application systems where required.
This includes the storage and servicing of service desk account details.
Support - Freshdesk by Freshworks
We utilise Freshdesk for providing support desk services. Details of support requests, and related contact details, will be held & managed within Freshdesk.
How We Handle Your Data
We endeavour to protect the privacy of your account, and other personal data we hold in our records, and we follow modern industry best practices to ensure access to any data is secure. We generally retain data for as long as you have an account with us, or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
We will not share your data with any third parties, outside of the services listed above, without your consent unless required to comply with our legal obligations.
